It looks like the driver side has been repainted. This is the beltline of the car after using the 3M stripe wheel. The wheel is not that abrasive, but definitely took some paint off. Depending on your monitor calibration, you can see some red primer and a second blue showing through. The main blue (bottom part) has more of a teal color to it (hard to see in this picture) where as the blue exposed by the 3M wheel revealed is more of a bright blue.
