More Cleaning and Emblem Score

It's been about a month since I've done any work to the car.  In the last few weeks I finally scored a used Z28 bumper emblem (without the bowtie) on eBay.  Nobody reproduces the 82 style and I was thrilled to finally find one.

So, after doing some yard work this morning I got back to the garage and started scrubbing down the engine compartment -- the big pieces of it anyway.  I used a wire brush and some Simple Green on the K member, the frame rails and the front suspension.  Since my driveway is steep, I can't roll the car outside to power wash it so this was all manual work.

Needless to say, it didn't work too well and I was making a mess on the floor, so I quit after about an hour or so.  I need to figure out how to get the car outside so I can hit it with the Dawn and the high pressure sprayer.

Monday my throttle bodies and bases are headed to Dynamic Crossfire Solutions for a full cleaning, servicing and to have the bushings added to the linkages.
