Picked up the transmission and torque converter from Wizard Transmission this morning. They replaced a lot of parts and said finding everything for the 200C was a bit challenging, but they did it. A short list of things replaced includes: the 2nd gear band, sun shell, front pump, and low gear sprag. The put a Trans-Go shift kit in as well. The internals were in pretty bad shape and the total cost went way over what the owner thought, so he cut me a deal. They offer a lifetime warranty on their work and said to bring the car down to them once the trans is installed and has about 500 miles so they can recheck everything and make any make adjustments. They also said they'd do annual checks for free.
I also picked up the engine block and heads from the engine shop. They installed the cam bearings, cam, freeze plugs and cleaned everything up. It looks great. Now I just have to put it all back together.
