After doing a lot of research, I dropped of my transmission off at Wizard Transmission here in Denver to be cleaned up and checked out. The owner, Adam, was familiar with TH200Cs and there was actually another third gen customer car sitting in his lot waiting to be picked up. Hopefully he'll not find anything seriously wrong and it will shift smoothly when all is said and done.
